Big Red Tickets will not sell, share, or rent information collected through this site or any affiliated sites, including our eBay Store, to others for any reason.
Terms of Guarantee*
The website operator guarantees a full refund of the amount paid for the ticket including any servicing, handling, or processing fees, if such fees are not disclosed, when:
-The ticketed event is canceled;
-The purchaser is denied admission to the ticketed event, unless such denial is due to the action or omission of the purchaser;
-The ticket is not delivered to the purchaser in the manner requested and pursuant to any delivery guarantees made by the reseller and such failure results in the purchaser’s inability to attend the ticketed event.
-The website operator discloses that it is not the issuer, original seller, or reseller of the ticket or items and does not control the pricing of the ticket or items, which may be resold for more than their original value.
*Attention Florida customers: the preceding policy on refunds and guarantees is keeps Big Red Tickets in compliance with Florida state laws on ticket resale. Contact us with questions regarding this issue.
Terms of Sale
- Bidder/Buyer: Your bid constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the listing. Please ask questions BEFORE purchase. Your payment represents your acceptance of the terms and conditions within. We take your order very seriously and ask you to do the same with your purchase.
- Consent to Seat Substitution: For advance orders (tickets not marked "in-hand" or "ships today") the seat description within the auction sets the minimum parameter for the seats you will receive. Since the tickets are not yet in hand, Big Red Tickets may, at no additional charge, substitute comparable or better seating. Comparable or better seating is defined as: (a) tickets in a lower row of the same or equivalent section; (b) or tickets in a lower row in a section of the same stadium/arena level that is closer to the center of the stadium (i.e. center court). Unless explicitly noted in either the advertised seat description or the seat description on the invoice, comparable or better seating is not affected by team affiliations or team side lines and does not include a specific side of the stadium (i.e. team side) or a specific view of anything other than the playing field, (i.e. the band, scoreboards, video boards, or surroundings outside the stadium etc).
- Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges: All sales are final. Refunds or cancellations require the consent of both the bidder and the Big Red Tickets unless (a) the event is canceled and not rescheduled and (b) a refund is issued by the event promoter. To receive the refund, the buyer must return the original tickets to Big Red Tickets in their original condition. All weather related delays and rescheduling are resolved between the buyer and the event promoter.
- Third Party Delivery or Resale of Tickets: Buyer may not assign or transfer rights to this contract. Tickets can only be delivered to or picked up by the original purchaser without consent of Big Red Tickets management. If applicable, photo ID as well as the credit card used to make the purchase may be required to pickup the tickets.
- Jurisdiction for Legal Action: Buyer agrees that all legal actions arising from this transaction shall be litigated in Missouri, our principle place of business and consents to personal jurisdiction within the courts of the state of Missouri for all legal actions arising from this auction.
