Big Red Tickets values your business. We guarantee the following:

• Tickets will be on time for the event.

Advance Order tickets will be deliverd at a date in the future--typiclaly 3-10 days before the event.  Every ticket we ship will ship via FedEx.  In some circumstances, we may make arrangements for you to pick up the tickets at or near the venue.  Regardless of whether the tickets are shipped via FedEx or local pick-up is arranged, we guarantee the arrival of the tickets in time for the event.

• Tickets will be at least as good as what you ordered.

If the tickets you ordered are not available, Big Red Tickets will provide comparable or better seating at no additional cost.

• Big Red Tickets stands behind our tickets.

We purchase most of our tickets from trusted suppliers.  If you are denied admission by the venue, Big Red Tickets will work with you to get you admission to the event, and if necessary refund the full cost of the tickets if we are unable to remedy the situation in any other way.  If the event is cancelled by the venue, we will provide you a full refund.
