Free Upgrades--How do they work?

For any number of reasons, Big Red Tickets might substitute the seats you ordered with better seats, at no additional cost to you.  Generally speaking, the upgrades are usually in a similar section of the stadium, but in a better row.  Sometimes the seats are considerably better; sometimes they are quite similar to the initial order.  The upgraded seats will be subject to our comparable or better seating policy.

What is Comparable or Better Seating?

When you place an advance order for tickets or you purchase tickets that are not in-hand, your tickets are subject to comparable or better seating.  The seat description on the invoice sets the minimum parameter for your seats.  Comparable or better seating is defined as: (a) tickets in a lower row of the same or equivalent section; (b) tickets in a lower row in a section of the same stadium/arena level that is closer to the center of the stadium.  Unless explicitly noted in the seat description on the invoice, comparable or better seating is not affected by team affiliation and does not include a specific side of the stadium (i.e., team side) or a specific view of anything other than the playing field (i.e., the band, the scoreboard, scenery outside of the stadium, etc).  This is a unique service that Big Red Tickets provides to our clients, and the possibility of free upgraded seats should be seen as one of the advantages to place an advance order.  Big Red Tickets will try to accommodate special requests or consideration; however, you should contact Big Red Tickets immediately regarding special circumstances.
