Refunds are only offered if the event is canceled, not rescheduled and a refund is offered by the event promoter. Otherwise, all sales are final. Ticket prices can fluctuate dramatically as the event date approaches. We can offer to buy back your tickets at existing market conditions, but we cannot offer refunds.
In the unlikely event that you are denied admission to the event with tickets provided by Big Red Tickets; maintain possession of the tickets and contact us immediately. We can provide replacement tickets to get you into the event, but our guarantee is void if you wait until after the event to contact us.
For purposes of the 200% guarantee "delivery" means tendering them at FedEx (or similar express service) with service that predicts on-time delivery to the billing address, or making the tickets available at a local will-call near the venue on the day of the event.
