Big 12 Tournament more...

The Big 12 Basketball Tournament is back in Kansas City at the Sprint Center in 2012.  The Kansas Jayhawks and the Missouri Tigers enter this year's tournament as the clear front-runners to win the automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.  The Jayhawks have won 5 of the last 6 Big 12 tournament title's and the Tigers won it in 2009.  The Iowa State Cyclones enter the field this year in the top half of the field looking to win the tournament for the first time since 2000.  The tournament schedule is different this year, with the top six teams earning first round byes.  Here is a link to this year's bracket.
